Reasonably clean, relaxing hotel built in an European style. The rooms by my children. The staff was very very helpful and the setting was exceptionally nice. Lobby bar in the venue.

Early check in and late check out. Clean room with comfy couch to relax on, excellent service. Good choice of good options for meal. Location near to shopping centers and restaurants as well as many restaurants.

My kids wished there was more variety in the pool activities.

The staff offered amazing service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable, easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast spread was well-stocked each morning, great to start our days off right. I particularly enjoyed finding a local eatery, Viva Chicken, nearby with delicious flavors.

The only downside was that the indoor pool appeared to need better maintenance, as it didn't match the expectations set by the rest of the facility.

I hit the jackpot with local eats! Just a hop away, I found Viva Chicken, serving up some killer Peruvian flavors. Breakfast was a spread of deliciousness too! The friendly staff added to the warmth of the stay.

Just a good pick for a weekend excursion in Ballantyne with excellent value for money. The welcome sign with balloons for the soccer teams was a fantastic touch! Tip, Don't miss asking for a late checkout if you need extra time.

The area is perfect for exploring, especially Carolina Place for shopping and some great biking trails nearby. We practiced our golf swings at a nearby course too. The staff was friendly, made everything easier.

The breakfast situation was a bit disappointing as some items ran out , impacting our mornings.

Particularly the lady who checked me in. The area is pleasant with a variety of restaurants nearby. The kitchen facilities were lacking, with faulty microwave and coffee pot, and inconsistent housekeeping services. Breakfast options got repetitive without much variety, disappointing after several days.

Great breakfast and friendly staff, but my room's air conditioning was too loud.
